Olivier St. Louis was born in Washington DC of Haitian and Cameroon heritage. His debut release came in 2011, 'The Mr. Saint Louis EP', released under the moniker Olivier Daysoul and produced by longtime collaborator and fellow Washingtonian Oddisee.
This EP unites Olivier with chief collaborators Bibio and Oddisee. It sees him step forward as a composer, singer, and guitarist, and still round the neo-soul bases, from sweet soul to tastefully grimy funk.
