About the Author:
Jim Saah is a native of Washington D.C. who began his photojournalism career in the local music scene of the early 1980s. Since then he has worked as a travel and environmental photographer who's been published in books, magazines, zines, and record covers. He was Director of Photography on two feature-length documentary films, "Salad Days: A Decade of Punk In the Washington, D.C." and "CREEM: America's Only Rock & Roll Magazine".
