1) On occasion, our checkout system may not calculate shipping costs correctly. This mostly affects orders of small items (1 or 2 CDs, DVDs, or 7" records). If you overpaid for shipping, you'll receive a partial refund.
You are also welcome to email your order to us, and we will prepare the order and send you a payment invoice including accurate shipping costs.
2) We do NOT currently collect VAT in advance for customers in countries that require duty payments on all low-value imports. This may cause brief delays in delivery, and you may owe these fees upon delivery in your home country. If you prefer the convenience of having your VAT collected and paid in advance, we invite you to shop our selections on the Discogs marketplace.
