In this volume, we follow the steps of Carl 'Maxx Kidd', former member of The Enjoyables, who became producer for local labels such as Cherry Blossom. Kidd would go on to become a top recording mogul of DC's early Go-Go scene as founder of the T.T.E.D. Records label.
