Side A of this LP consists of three outtakes from the Crystal Skate show that also made up the "Go-Go Swing Live" LP, one of the greatest golden age Go-Go performances ever recorded. All three of the cuts were released on 12" singles.
Side B consists of two other singles, "Do That Stuff" and "Be Bumpin Fresh", but the real highlight might be the gala performance of "Go-Go Drug Free". It features cameos by Little Benny, Hi-Fi, then-DC Mayor Marion Barry (who muffs his rap a bit), and DC publishing mogul and philanthropist Calvin Rolark (who nails his).
